On a send, pick the Address Type. If it is your private wallet, CoinSpot asks for no additional information. Sends to another exchange or another person need the account holder's or recipient's full or business name. Deposits may wait until you complete the Travel Rule form from the email link or the yellow dashboard banner. No Satoshi test or message signing is described.

Deposit from your own wallet[4][5]
- Send to the CoinSpot receiving address (include any memo/destination tag).
- When the coins arrive, complete the Travel Rule form from the dashboard banner (website or app) or the email CoinSpot sends.
- Make sure the details match the transaction, then allow time for the balance to update.
Common errors and fixes
Deposit missing from my balance
CoinSpot says to make sure the Travel Rule form is completed with details that match the transaction, via the email link or the yellow dashboard banner.[4]
"Invalid Address" or wrong network
CoinSpot warns that sending on the wrong network may lose coins or show "Invalid Address". Check which network your wallet supports first.[3]
Send still pending
Check that you clicked the withdrawal link in the confirmation email. If it is still pending, CoinSpot says to contact support.[2]
